菌种保藏方法研究

摘要

本文对常用的菌种保藏方法进行简要介绍并对其优缺点进行研究分析.同时对菌种保藏过程中,其退化原因和复壮措施进行介绍.%In this paper, the commonly used methods of species preservation are briefly introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are studied and analyzed. In the meantime, the causes of degeneration and rejuvenation measures are introduced in the process of strain preservation.
