利用穗茎注射法将反义PLDγ基因导入普通小麦兰考906,对经特异PCR扩增和PCR-Southern 杂交技术筛选出的转基因植株及其受体进行了品质性状分析.麦谷蛋白电泳结果显示,转基因株系的HMW-GS亚基组成发生了变化,转基因株系缺少了受体的10亚基,新出现了受体所没有的8和12亚基.醇溶蛋白电泳结果显示,转基因株系与受体相比存在显著差异,主要体现在转基因后代中出现了新带或者缺少了受体的部分谱带及表达量的差异.转基因株系的品质性状有所改善,其幅度大小因转化株系的不同而异.%The antisense phospholipase Dγ (PLDγ) gene was transferred into the wheat variety LK906 by earstem injecting method. The quality characters were analyzed for transgenic plants by PCR and PCR - South-em techniques. The results of HMW - CS electrophoresis showed that the subunit composition of transgenic lines was altered. The receptor, s subunit 10 disappeared and the subunits 8 and 12 appeared in transgenic lines. The results of seed gliadin electrophoresis showed that there were significant differences between trans genic lines and receptor in the appearance of new bands and disappearance of the receptor, s, and the degree of expression was also different. All the quality characters were improved somewhat but the degree was differ ent among different transgenic lines.
