With the male sterile line and its maintainer line as test materials, the content of free proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar, MDA and superoxide anion and the activity of SOD, POD and CAT were determined in leaves, flowers and buds at different developing stages. The results showed that in buds and flowers at full - bloom stage, the content of proline, soluble protein and soluble sugar in sterile line were lower than those in maintainer line, while the contents of MDA and superoxide anion were higher than those in maintainer line. The changes in activity of SOD, POD and CAT were correlated with、the radish male sterility.%以萝卜雄性不育系及其保持系为试材,测定了不同发育时期叶片、花和花蕾中脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛、超氧阴离子以及SOD、POD、CAT的活性.结果表明,盛花期花蕾和花朵中,不育系脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖的含量均低于保持系,丙二醛和超氧阴离子含量高于保持系,SOD、POD和CAT酶活性变化与萝卜的雄性不育相关.
