The burl diameter and disease incidence of lenticel were investigated after inoculation.The resistances of 51 apple materials to Botryosphaeria dothidea were identified.Jiguan,94 -9 -21,94 -7 -13, 94 -1 -3,94 -1 -42,94 -2 -20,94 -1 -13,94 -1 -15 and 95 -76 were screened as resistant materials. The lenticel structures and phenolic compound contents of 1 -year -old branches were compared among differ-ent cultivars(strains).The lenticel of resistant cultivars (strains)possed closing layer with more layers of cor-tical cells arranged densely.The content of chlorogenic acid in cortex of resistant cultivars (strains)was high-er than that of susceptible cultivars (strains).It seemed to be that the lenticel structure and chlorogenic acid content in the cortex might be correlated with the resistance of apple branches to Botryosphaeria dothidea.%通过调查接种后皮孔的发病率和病瘤直径,鉴定了51份苹果材料对枝干轮纹病的抗性,筛选出对轮纹病表现抗性的材料有鸡冠、94-9-21、94-7-13、94-1-3、94-1-42、94-2-20、94-1-13、94-1-15和95-76;比较了不同抗性品种(系)一年生枝条的皮孔组织结构和酚类物质含量,抗病品种(系)的皮孔具有封闭层,皮层细胞层数多且排列紧密,皮层内绿原酸含量显著高于感病品种(系)。表明皮孔结构和绿原酸含量与苹果枝干对轮纹病的抗性有关。
