中国大豆主要矿质元素含量特征与分析评价

     

摘要

采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱( ICP-OES)法,对32省(市、自治区,除港澳)的大豆样品进行全定量分析,研究中国不同产地大豆矿质元素含量及分布特征,并采用SPSS主成分分析和聚类分析对其元素进行评价。结果表明,不同产区大豆中元素K、Mg、P、S含量相对稳定,而Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu地区间差异较大;大豆籽粒元素含量依次为K>S>P>Mg>Ca>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。不同元素之间存在一定的相关关系;利用主成分分析法将9种元素综合为3个主成分,聚类分析将不同地区分为2个类群,表明不同产地大豆矿质元素含量存在差异性。%To study the content and distribution characteristics of mineral elements in soybean from dif-ferent areas of China, the samples from 32 provinces ( cities, autonomous regions, except for HongKong and Macao) were conducted quantitative analysis via ICP-OES technique and the data were evaluated using SPSS principal component and cluster analysis.The results showed that contents of K, Mg, P and S from different regions were relatively stable, while those of Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu had large differences.The mineral element contents in soybean were in the order of K>S>P>Mg>Ca>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu,and there were certain cor-relations between different elements.Using principal component analysis, 9 kinds of elements were synthesized into 3 principal components, and 32 areas were divided into 2 groups by cluster analysis.It indicated that the mineral element contents in soybean from different regions were various.
