复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型免疫功能与血清因子的变化分析

             

摘要

Objective:To provide a reference on analysis of the recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) incidence and development mechanism by discussion of the immunity changes and serum factor changes of ROU Rats .Methods :60 SD rats were divided into normal control group ,model group and levomisole group with 20 rats in each group . Model group and levomisole group were all established to be ROU rats .The rats in normal control group and model group were feed by normal food and water .The rats in levomisole group were feed by gavage administration with 20mg/kg levomisole for 30 days .Results :All the rats in model group appeared ROU .The oral of rats in normal control group was no obvious change .The number of the rats appeared ROU in levomisole group was obviously less than model group’s .At the same time ,the time of ulcer duration was cut down ,the interval time was extended . The difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The ratio of CD4 + in peripheral blood of rats in model group was obviously reduced .The ratio of CD4 + in peripheral blood of rats in levomisole group was obviously lower than that in model group’s .The difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The SOD activities in peripheral blood of rats in model group were reduced and the MDA was increased .The difference was statistically significant (P<0 . 05) .But compared with model group ,the SOD activities were increased and the the MDA was reduced .The differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusions :The imbalance of T cell subpopulations and serum factors take important effects during the development of ROU .Lvomisole can treat the ROU on rats effectively .The mech-anism was regulated the immunity and the change of serum factors .%目的:探讨复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型免疫功能与血清因子的变化,为分析复发性口腔溃疡的发生与发展机制提供参考。方法:S D清洁级大鼠60只平分为正常对照组、模型组和左旋咪唑组各20只,模型组和左旋咪唑组都建立了复发性口腔溃疡大鼠模型,正常对照组及模型组大鼠均给予正常饮食水,左旋咪唑组采用20mg/kg剂量灌胃,应用30d。结果:所有大鼠模型均出现口腔溃疡,正常对照组大鼠口腔未发现明显变化。左旋咪唑组大鼠发生溃疡的数目明显少于模型组,同时溃疡持续时间缩短、间隔时间延长,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组的大鼠外周血中的CD4+细胞比例明显降低,而左旋咪唑组的大鼠外周血中的CD4+细胞比例高于模型组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组的大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而左旋咪唑组与模型组相比,大鼠血清中SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T淋巴细胞亚群的失衡和血清相关因子在复发性口腔溃疡的发生发展中起到重要的作用,左旋咪唑可以有效的治疗大鼠复发性口腔溃疡,具体机制在于调节免疫功能与细胞因子的变化。
