血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平对高血压及冠心病患者的影响分析

摘要

目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平对高血压及冠心病患者的影响.方法:选取单纯冠心病患者62例,冠心病合并高血压患者76例,体检的冠状动脉造影正常且没有高血压的健康者30例.分别测定其血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平.结果:冠心病各分组、冠心病合并高血压组的血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平,均明显高于健康组(P<0.01).冠心病多支病变组hs-CRP水平,明显高于一支病变组(P<0.05);冠心病各分组间Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).冠心病合并高血压组的血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平,均明显高于冠心病组,且随血压值升高(P<0.05).结论:血清Hcy与hs-CRP水平对高血压及冠心病患者成正相关关系 ,能够预测高血压、冠心病情况.%Objective :To explore the effect of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitivity C- reactive protein (HS-CRP) on hypertension and coronary heart disease .Methods :62 patients with coronary heart disease , 76 cases with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension ,30 cases with physical examination of normal coronary angiography and no hypertension in health were enrolled in this study .The level of serum Hcy and HsCRP of subjects in the study were determined respectively .Results :The level of serum Hcy and HsCRP coronary heart in disease group ,hypertension and coronary heart disease group ,were significantly higher than those of healthy group (P <0 .01) .The levels of HS-CRP in patients with multivessel coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in one lesion group(P <0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the level of Hcy between different groups of coronary heart disease(P>0 .05) .The level of serum Hcy and HsCRP hypertension and coronary heart disease group ,were significantly higher in CHD group ,and with the blood pressure increased(P <0 .05) .Conclu-sion :The serum levels of Hcy and HsCRP is a positive correlation between the level of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease ,and can predict hypertension ,coronary heart disease .
