Objective:To analysis the effect of implementing full quality nursing care in relative living kidney transplantation .Method:92 patients treated with living kidney transplantation were diveded into two groups accord-ing to random number table .The cases of the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods ,and the cases of the intervention group were treated with full quality care .The psychological status ,quality of life and serum creatinine were compared between the two groups .Results :After treatment ,the psychological status and quality of life in the intervention group were better than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .The postoperative serum creati-nine level in the control group was higher than that in the intervention group (P<0 .05) ,and the serum creatinine level in the control group was beyond 133μmol /L .Conclusion:The patients suffering from living donor kidney transplantations were cared by full-quality care ,and the success of operation can be guaranteed .%目的:探讨在亲属活体肾移植手术中实施全程优质护理的效果.方法:按照随机数字表法将92例肾移植患者均分为两组.对照组进行传统护理方式,干预组实施全程优质护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、生活质量,血肌酐水平.结果:干预组患者心理状态和生活质量改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后对照组血肌酐水平上升略高于干预组,且术后一年对照组血肌酐水平超过133μm o l/L.结论:亲属活体肾移植手术中实施全程优质护理,可保障手术成功.
