声动力靶位药物传输联合全身化学治疗老年肺结核安全性及疗效分析

摘要

目的:探究并分析声动力靶位药物传输联合全身化学治疗老年肺结核的安全性及临床疗效.方法:选取老年肺结核病人122例,将其随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组各61例;治疗组采用声动力靶位药物传输联合全身化学治疗,对照组仅采用全身化学治疗,两组的全身化学治疗方案相同.观察两组患者在治疗前后的临床症状及体征的改变情况、痰检结核菌转阴情况、胸部X线的改变及不良反应等.结果:两组在治疗前后的临床症状及体征的改善及不良反应方面比较无统计学差异(P>0.05).而在结核菌转阴率、胸部X线变化差异上有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组尚未发现由声动力靶位药物导致的严重不良反应.结论:声动力靶位药物传输联合全身化学治疗老年肺结核在结核菌转阴,病灶吸收以及空洞缩小等方面疗效显著,且无严重不良反复.%Objective: To explore and analyze the safety and clinical efficacy of acoustic power target drug delivery combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: 122 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, 61 cases in each group.The observation group using acoustic power target drug delivery combined with systemic chemotherapy, the experimental group only use of systemic chemotherapy, systemic chemotherapy for two groups of the same.To observe the changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs, sputum examination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis negative, chest X-ray and toxic and side effect.Results: there were no significant differences in clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05).There were significant differences between the changes in bacterial clearance rate, chest X-ray, with statistical significance(P< 0.05).The treatment group had not yet been found to cause serious adverse reactions caused by the sound power of the target drug.Conclusion: acoustic power target drug delivery combined with systemic chemotherapy treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis in mycobacterium tuberculosis negative, focus absorption and cavity narrowing effect is significant and no serious side effects,can be widely used in clinical.
