目的:探讨不同术式对老年性股骨颈骨折治疗的效果影响.方法:将97例股骨颈骨折的患者,分为全髋关节置换术组(n=52)和闭合复位空心钉内固定术组(n=45),比较两组患者术后各项相关指标.结果:观察组下肢周围神经损伤发生率、下肢肿胀疼痛率、并发症发生率显著低于对照组,股静脉血流峰速度和平均速度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:全髋关节置换术与空心钉内固定术均是治疗老年性股骨颈骨折理想的治疗方法,但应根据骨折的类型选择合适的治疗方案,分别针对患者.%Objective:To investigate the impact of different surgical treatment effect senile femoral neck fracture treatment.Methods: 97 cases of femoral neck fracture were divided into groups: total hip replacement group (n=52) and closed reduction and internal fixation group (n=45).The relative indexes were compared between the two groups.Results: Peripheral nerve injury in the observation group the incidence of lower limb, lower limb swelling and pain and the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that in control group, femoral vein blood flow peak velocity and average velocity was significantly higher than that in control group, the hospitalization time, the average healing time was significantly shortened (P<0.05).Conclusion: Total hip arthroplasty and internal fixation with cannulated screws are ideal for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture treatment, but should choose the appropriate treatment depending on the type of fracture, given for individual patients.
