目的 :探讨痰热清联合依替米星治疗支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌定植和感染的临床疗效.方法 :对照组在常规治疗上采用依替米星0.1 g抗感染治疗;观察组联合痰热清20 ml治疗.疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效 、肺功能 、血气分析 、胸部CT所示炎症吸收情况.结果 :观察组总有效率优于对照组;观察组炎症吸收率高于对照组;治疗后两组患者肺功能指标和PaO 2均显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组肺功能指标和PaO2高于对照组;两组患者PaCO2均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组患者PaCO2低于对照组.结论 :依替米星联合痰热清治疗支气管扩张合并铜绿假单胞菌定植和感染疗效显著.%Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of etimicin combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of bronchiectasis with Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization and infection .Methods :The patients in the control group were treated with etimicin and the observation group was treated with etimicin combined with Tanreqing .After the end of the treatment ,the clinical efficacy ,pulmonary function ,blood gas analysis ,and chest inflammation absorption of the two groups were compared .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant .The inflammation absorption rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group .The lung function ,hypoxia status and carbon dioxide retention were significantly improved in the obser -vation group .Conclusion :The efficacy of etimicin combined with Tanreqing in treatment of bronchiectasis with Pseudo -monas aeruginosa colonization and infection is worthy of clinical application .
