知识获取对新企业创新绩效的影响研究--基于家长式领导的调节作用

摘要

Based on knowledge-based view and upper echelons theory, this paper analyzes the rela⁃tionship between knowledge acquisition and new venture innovation performance, and the moderating effect of paternalistic leadership. The results show that knowledge acquisition has positive effect on new venture innovation performance in both creation and growth stage. In creation stage, paternalistic leadership positively moderates the relationship between knowledge acquisition and new venture inno⁃vation performance; comparatively in growth stage, paternalistic leadership negatively moderates the re⁃lationship.%文章基于知识基础观和高阶理论，分析并验证了知识获取与新企业创新绩效之间的关系，并创新性地提出家长式领导在新企业创建期和成长期对二者关系的调节作用。研究结果表明，知识获取在创建期和成长期均积极促进新企业创新绩效；创建期，家长式领导正向调节知识获取与新企业创新绩效的关系；成长期，家长式领导负向调节知识获取与新企业创新绩效的关系。
