中国古代管水理念及其现代水资源保护的教育意义

摘要

中国古代有着内涵丰富的管水理念,其对后世影响深远.对中国古代水资源的认知、均水理念和生态理念进行梳理和简要评述,继而剖析中国现代水资源保护理念及存在的问题,从而提出古代管水理念引导当今公民树立正确的水资源保护意识,提供解决现行水事纠纷的思路和注重维护水生态平衡和安全三个方面的教育建议.%Water-control ideas evolved in ancient China have had rich connotations and far-reaching influence. This paper briefly reviews the cognition of ancient Chinese water resources and the concepts of equal water and zoology, and then analyzes the idea of as well as the problems in water resource protection in China at modern times, concluding that it is necessary to introduce ancient Chinese ideas of water-control to educate the public about cultivating a sense of water resource protection, solving water disputes and maintaining water environmental balance and security.
