武汉市低碳经济发展和土地集约利用的耦合关系研究

摘要

This paper establishes the comprehensive index system of low-carbon economy and land use intensity of Wuhan City, builds a coupled coordination degree model of low-carbon economic development and intensive land use, and analyzes the coordinated development of Wuhan City. The results indicate that the coupled coordination degree of low-carbon economic development and intensive land use is rising, and is expected to reach the quality level of coordinated development. Based on the actual situation of the low-carbon economic development and intensive land use of Wuhan City, the paper presents such proposals as to formulate policies and laws of low-carbon development, optimize industrial structure, exert eco-value of land and cultivate carbon sink of urban land.%建立武汉市低碳经济综合指标体系和土地利用集约度综合指标体系,利用耦合度函数构建低碳经济发展和土地集约利用耦合协调度模型,对武汉市耦合协调发展情况进行实证分析.结果表明:武汉市低碳经济发展和土地集约利用耦合协调度呈上升趋势,并有望达到优质协调发展水平.结合武汉市低碳经济发展和土地集约利用的实际情况,提出了落实与创新低碳发展政策法规、优化产业结构、发挥土地生态价值,保育城市土地碳汇等相关建议.
