基于利益相关者理论的国家地质公园管理体制研究

参照国外国家公园现行管理体制,运用利益相关者理论,界定了国家地质公园的主要利益相关者.并在纵向垂直管理和横向利益协调的基础上,构建国家地质公园外部管理体制,以四川省绵阳市安县国家地质公园为例,构建国家地质公园内部管理体制,并提出了国家地质公园管理体制的协调对策,全方位协调各利益相关者之间关系,以保障国家地质公园事业的可持续发展.%By referring to the management system of foreign national parks, this paper defines the main stakeholders of national geo-parks applying Stakeholder Theory, and innovates the external management system of national geo-parks on the basis of longitudinal vertical management and crosswise interest coordination. Taking Anxian National Geo-park in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, this paper establishes the internal management system and proposes coordination measures for the management system of the national geo-parks, attempting to harmonize the relations of all the stakeholders to realize sustainable development of national geo-parks.
