Research on China's Administrative System of Land and Resources Based on System Theory

In recent years, governments increasingly recognize the importance of population, resources and environment, and have drawn up and implemented strategies for sustainable development to strengthen the management of natural resources. Some great powers of resources, such as Russia, the United States, Canada, Australia, increase reform strength of land and resources management system further. As an important part of China's administrative management system, land and resources administrative system changes with the change in the economic system in China. This paper describes the history and current situation of China's administrative system of land and resources, then analyze drawbacks of China's administrative system of land and resources. In order to solve these drawbacks, this paper presents several recommendations. At last, this paper draws a conclusion that it is necessary to establish a new centralized and unified system of administrative system of land and resources.
