被动手指操对老年期痴呆患者的实践观察

摘要

To observe the effect of passive finger exercise on cognitive ability, activities of daily living and mental behavior symptoms of senile dementia patients, a total of 40 patients with senile dementia were randomly assigned into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given a 25-min passive exercise of fingers every day for 12 weeks with the routine nursing. The patients were investigated with the min-mental state examination,Barthel index and Neuropsychiatric inventory respectively before and after 12 weeks’ intervention.After intervention, the scores of experimental group were higher than control group in the ability of recall and language, which had signiifcant difference in two groups (P<0.05). The scores of the ability to control urine was significantly different (P<0.05) after intervention in two groups and was different before and after intervention in the experimental group. The defecation function was different after intervention in two groups. Meanwhile, the behavioral and psychological symptoms,anxiety,disinhibition and abnormal behavior were significantly different (P<0.05) in both groups.To a certain extent,the passive exercises of ifngers could improve the cognitive function, ability of daily living and behavioral and psychological symptoms of the elders with dementia, which could be counted as an effective nursing method of their daily rehabilitation.%为观察被动手指操对老年期痴呆患者认知能力、日常生活活动能力及精神行为症状方面的实践效果，选取2014年10月至2015年10月入住于杭州市某养老机构的老年期痴呆患者40例，使用抽签法按楼层（2层）分为实验组和对照组各20例。实验组在常规护理的基础上给予每天1次的被动手指操，每次约25min，持续12周。对照组给予常规护理。干预前后使用简易智能精神状态量表、Barthel指数、神经精神症状问卷分别评估患者。结果显示：12周后，实验组回忆能力、语言能力、控制排便能力的得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；控制排尿能力的得分高于对照组，且高于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组精神行为症状总分，焦虑、脱抑制、异常运动行为的症状得分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。因此，被动手指操能在一定程度上改善老年期痴呆患者的认知能力、日常生活活动能力及精神行为症状。
