以既有技术能力对创新型企业的影响为切入点，首先分析了技术能力中技术吸收能力和技术创新能力对创新型企业的显著影响，进而探讨企业创新导向在这一影响过程中的扰动作用，并应用调研数据对该作用进行了验证。结果发现，战略创新导向在技术能力作用于创新型企业的过程中起调节作用，强的战略创新导向会强化技术能力对创新型企业的正向作用，弱的战略创新导向则会弱化技术能力对创新型企业的作用。企业在致力于构建技术能力基础的同时，还需要提高战略创新导向与技术能力的匹配性，这样才有利于促进创新型企业建设。%According to the results of the literature analysis, this paper explains that two dimensions of technological capa‐bilities(technology innovative capability and technology absorption capability) have significant positive effect on the forma‐tion of innovative enterprise. And then, by taking the strategic innovation‐oriented as a moderate variable, this paper pro‐posed a theoretical model about the affect technology capabilities play on innovative enterprises. To verify these hypothesis we obtain samples data through questionnaire, find that all dimensions of technology capability have significant impact on innovative enterprise, and strategic innovation‐oriented plays a moderate role w hen technology capability effect on innova‐tive enterprise. When strategic innovation‐oriented is significant, the technology capability effect on innovative enterprise more strongly. Otherwise, the effects of technology capability decrease, or even have a negative impact. So, companies should make strategic orientation match its technologic capability endow ment, w hich can help promote the formation of in‐novative enterprises.
