It is necessary to strengthen the talents competitiveness for improving the competitiveness of West - coast Economic Zone. This paper analyzes the current situation, the deficiency, the opportunities and challenges of the talents competitiveness of West - coast Economic Zone. Based on the evaluating indexes, the paper forms a mode of evaluating the talents competitiveness of West - coast Economic Zone.
