To provide a system capable of activating economic zones where virtual currencies are used.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a virtual currency economic zone activation system comprising: a virtual currency available system 7 in which an e-commerce system available with a virtual currency is constructed therein; a solar power system 1 capable of obtaining sales using a currency other than the virtual currency; and a sales management system 4 for managing the sales made by the solar power system 1. The sales management system 4 includes an investment amount calculation section 4b for calculating an amount to be invested on the virtual currency available system 7 out of the sales obtained by the solar power system 1. The system further comprises a mining system 2 for executing mining another virtual currency other than the virtual currencies.
