当今组织越来越重视员工的心态,在组织人力资源管理实践中,管理者理解了员工心态形成的过程,才能更好地把握员工的心态并进行心态调整.然而,以往的文献对心态及心态调整的研究比较零散,没有系统的理论支持.本研究从“认知-情感-意动”的理论视角,引入意义构建事件,探讨了组织中员工心态的形成过程,以期组织管理者更好地把握员工的心态.这项研究为系统地研究组织中员工心态形成提供了一个理论基础,未来的研究是实证检验这个过程,并扩展这一过程,对消极心态形成后的行为以及向积极心态调整转变的问题做进一步研究.%Nowadays, organizations have attached greater importance to the mentality of employees. For HRM practitioners , in order to handle the mentality and its adaption, managers should understand the mentality formation process of the staff. However its theoretical researches on mentality and its adaption are still very scattered. This research discusses the mentality formation process of the organizational employees based on a theoretical perspective of cognition affection and conation and the theory of sense - making is introduced. This study offers a theoretical principle for researching on employees' mentality formation process. The future studies will examine and extend this process and discuss how to switch the negative mentality to the positive mentality.
