In this paper, based on enterprise networks theory, author obtains the data through conducting a questionnaire survey on 103 companies in Xian optoelectronics industry cluster. Author uses regression modeling to conduct empirical research. Author draws the conclusion that coordination mechanism plays a full mediating role between the degree of the center and learning effectiveness. Coordination mechanisms play some intermediary roles between the structural hole and learning effectiveness. Therefore, enterprises should pay more attention to the network location, create a coordination mechanism to make full use of network resource, and improve learning effectiveness.%以企业网络理论为基础,通过对西安光电子产业集群103家企业进行问卷调查所获数据,运用回归模型进行实证研究.结果表明协调机制在中心度对学习效果影响中扮演完全中介的作用,在结构洞对学习效果影响中扮演部分中介的作用.所以,企业应重视网络位置,创建协调机制,充分利用网络位置的优势,提高学习效果,提升企业绩效.
