基于ISO9000族标准下地方政府部门绩效评价的研究

In the process of government' s management and reform, as a useful tool, performance evaluation is playing an important role in performance management. But it is not easy for local governments to have an effective evaluation. Taking the government certified to ISO9001 as the object, the paper is trying to improve method of the evaluation of the govern-mental performance.%针对地方政府部门绩效评价难的问题,以通过IS09001质量管理体系认证的地方政府部门为研究对象,建立一套政府绩效评价体系,并选择合理的测评方法,进行地方政府部门缋效评价的实证研究.
