事业单位管理干部绩效考核的探讨

在介绍了绩效考核在事业单位中的作用和存在的问题的基础上,对绩效考核是事业单位管理干部的绩效考核进行了研究探讨,为事业单位管理干部的绩效考核提供一些方法.%This paper studied and discussed the performance appraisal as a method to manage staffs in public institution,and provided several ways for the performance appraisal of management staff in public institution, based on the introduction of the role of performanee appraisal and its problems in public institution.
