对我国企业自主创新能力的探讨——基于高技术产品出口数据分析

摘要

从高技术产品占对外贸易的比重、贸易竞争力指数、贸易方式、出口的企业类型分布以及高技术产业增加值的企业类型分布等角度,分析我国高技术产品的出口情况.认为我国高技术产品出口及其占世界份额的迅猛增长,实质是建立在外资绝对控制的、对国外高技术产品进口高度依赖的、加工贸易占主导地位基础之上的.我国高技术产品出口繁荣表象的背后,是我国企业自主创新能力的不足和对发达国家严重的技术依赖.我国企业的自主创新能力亟待提升.%This article analyzes China's exports of high -tech products from the following points of view: the proportion of foreign trade which high - tech exports account for, trade competitiveness index, modes of trade, distribution of export business types, distribution types of value - added high - tech enterprises.The paper puts forward that China's high - tech exports and their rapid growth are based on absolute control of foreign capital, highly dependent on imports of foreign high -tech products, and dominated by processing trade.Behind the prosperity of high - tech exports, domestic enterprises are lacking in independent innovation capacity and highly depending on the technologies from developed countries.The independent innovation capability of domestic enterprises urgently needs upgrading.
