The study, based on the research of the tacit knowledge at home and abroad, elaborates individual tacit knowledge characteristics and their behavioral feature, designs individual tacit knowledge evaluation index system in R & D team, and then selects appropriate appraisal methods measured and applied in these index by comparison of behavioral characteristics among different index. Its measurement can provide decision - making basis for further developing, improving the level of tacit knowledge and building on " tacit knowledge contribution allocation" model.%从隐性知识测度的国内外研究现状分析出发,阐述企业研发团队个体隐性知识的特征及其表征行为,设计企业研发团队个体隐性知识测度的指标体系,并针对不同指标关联特征选择适当的测量方法测度隐性知识含量,为进一步开发与提高企业研发团队的隐性知识水平,构建基于“知识贡献分配”的激励机制提供决策依据.
