This paper analyzes the form and the cause of misconducts in scientific research in universities, and proposes some effective measures and suggestion on how to prevent misconducts in scientific research from different aspects such as society, government and university.%深入分析高校科研不端行为的主要形式、产生的根源,在此基础上,分别从社会层面、政府层面以及高校自身层面,就如何打击高校科研不端行为提出对策与建议.
