Social network analysis is considered an important theory , method and tool to study large and complex engineer-ing projects organization .From the angle of top and framework design , this study puts forward interrelated conception , study program and construction of network model etc in order to provide an overall perspective of study in the domain .%从顶层和框架设计的角度，给出基于社会网络分析进行大型复杂项目组织网络研究所涉及的相关概念、研究程序、网络模型的构建及其特点、分析指标等内容，旨在为这个领域的研究提供一个全局视角。
