基于集成管理的工程项目组织设计研究

摘要

The implementation of construction project needs a lot of coordinating,communicating and organizing routines among different parties.An efficient organizational structure can not only enhance work efficiency of the project team,but also help achieving the target and coordinating the intrinsic and external relation of the project.The traditional organizational model adopts the types of function,matrix,and project department.They carry the features as various layers of management hierarchy,complicated information circuit and multiple leaders for the members.The integrated management is the new trend for engineering management.Applying the principle of integrated management,the oblate and flexible organization structure is discussed in this paper,which can boost the development of modern information society.%建设项目的实施过程有多方参与,有大量的协调、沟通与组织工作.良好的组织结构,不仅可以提高建设项目团队的工作效率,而且有利于项目的各项分解目标的完成,以及内外关系的协调.传统的组织模式多采用职能型、矩阵型或事业部型.这些组织模式存在着管理层次多,信息回路比较复杂,成员可能处于多头领导的状态.集成化管理是工程项目管理发展的新趋势,本文运用集成管理的思想,探讨更适应于现在高速发展的信息社会的扁平化、柔性化的组织结构.
