中外合资企业管理人员咨询网络结构比较研究及其管理启示

摘要

在回顾社会网络以及组织行为相关理论基础上,本研究结合分析八家中外合资案例公司数据,从群体密度、群体中心性、群体中介性三个方面对比研究中外合资企业内中方管理人员之间的咨询网络与中外双方管理人员之间的咨询网络的结构差异,并就研究发现对中外合资企业知识管理的作用进行探讨.%Based on the theory of social networks and organizational behavior, and from the point of density, group degree centrality and group betweenness centrality, we conduct a comparative study on the structural differences of the advice network between Chinese and foreign managers, and the advice network of Chinese managers. Then we analyze the data of eight Sino - foreign joint ventures. Finally we explore the role and implications of knowledge management in Sino — foreign joint ventures.
