后危机时代中国汽车企业的升级策略研究——基于全球价值链治理的多案例分析

         

摘要

在全球价值链治理视角下,通过对神龙汽车、东风乘用车及比亚迪汽车的多案例分析,深入研究中国汽车企业在不同发展模式下的升级困境与策略选择.合资汽车企业在嵌入由跨国汽车主导的全球价值链后,只在一定程度上提升了技术能力,在全球市场上获取技术优势仍非常困难,面临着技术溢出拦截.自主创新企业构建了由自己为主导的全球价值链,但在核心技术、营销、物流及风险资本等环节能力的培育上,仍需要得到政府更多的政策支持.%From a global value chain (GVC) governance perspective, the paper analyzes the upgrading strategies of different China' s automakers by a multiple - case study method. It observes that the joint - stock automakers could only enhance its technological capability to some extent after integrating the GVC lead by multinational enterprises, and they have confronted the reality that attaining technological advantage in the global market is extremely difficult because of spillover interception. Meanwhile, though those automakers developing independent innovation could build and govern their own GVC, they need more support from the government for fostering capability of core technology, marketing, logistics and venture capital, etc.
