The success of business model innovation depends on the right innovation path. This article analyzes listed cor-porations on the small and medium - sized enterprise broad,based on enterprise value chain and the key parts of enterprise operation,summarizes and refines the successful path of business model innovation of small and medium - sized enterpri-ses,in order to provide experience and reference for the development of small and medium - sized enterprises.%结合中小企业版上市公司样本，从价值链和商业模式构成要素的角度，立足于企业营运的各个环节，总结并提炼成功中小企业商业模式创新的路径，为中小企业发展提供经验借鉴。
