基于约束理论的软件项目开发过程模型构建

摘要

By the case study of a software development project,this research combines the theory of constraints( abr. TOC),concludes the project practice of software development,and proposes a process control model for risk and quality of software development project. In addition,the research finds that work shift,work - through,review and reserving buffer for critical processes and tasks based on TOC can effectively control the project risk and quality of software development.%通过软件开发项目管理的案例分析，挖掘和总结软件开发项目管理过程中的实践经验，结合约束理论，提出针对软件开发项目风险和质量管理的过程控制模型。通过实践发现，在软件项目开发过程中采用人员轮岗、走查评审和基于约束理论为关键过程和任务预留缓冲的方法，可有效控制软件开发的项目风险和软件质量。
