中国现代服务业就业优势效应的区域差异性分析--基于空间偏离-份额模型的实证检验

     

摘要

This paper used the Spatial model of shift -share analysis to analyze the regional difference of superiority effect in employment of the modern service sector in China.The empirical results show that each areas’superiority effect in em-ployment of modern service sector are quite different,where the eastern coastal areas have the strongest effects,and the central region have the weakest effect.In addition,the sub -sectors results showed the regional differences in employment conditions vary in different modern service industries:every modern service industry’s condition of employment superiority effect is different,various modern service industries in space focused on the development showed different employment ex-ternal effects,various modern service industry have employment competitive advantages in different area and the modern service industry can be divided into two types by source of competitive advantage.%对中国现代服务业就业优势效应的区域差异性进行实证分析。结果表明,中国现代服务业就业优势效应的区域差异较大,其中东部沿海地区优势效应最强,中部地区优势效应最弱。另外,不同现代服务行业的就业优势区域差异性状况各异:一是与全行业的平均就业水平相比,各行业的就业优势状况不同;二是各行业在空间上的集中发展表现出不同的就业外部效应;三是各行业的就业空间竞争优势区域不同,且按竞争优势来源可将现代服务行业分为两种类型。
