组织记忆如何影响企业创新绩效：一个有调节的中介效应分析

通过调查中国274家企业，研究组织记忆对企业创新绩效影响过程，研究结果表明，组织记忆对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响，企业知识共享行为在其中起到部分的中介效应，而企业家社会资本调节了知识共享和企业创新绩效之间关系，并对研究结论进行讨论。%According to the investigation which comes from 274 companies,we studied the influencing process of the or﹣ganizational memory on enterprise innovation performance.The research results show that the organization memory has some positive relationship with the enterprise innovation performance,while the knowledge -sharing plays a partial intermediary role in it.And the social capital of entrepreneurs adjusts the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise innova﹣tion performance.At the end of the paper,we also have a discussion on research conclusions.
