通过对美国研究诚信办公室(ORI:Office of Research Integrity)的历史演变、管理体制、运行机制等进行探讨,试图对这一科研不端治理的专门机构作较为全面、系统、完整的解读.%This paper explores the historical evolution,management system and operation mechanism of ORI(ORI:Office of Research Integrity),and tries to make a comprehensive,systematic and complete interpretation of this special institution of scientific misconduct.
