制度环境对创业认知的影响机理

摘要

The research on entrepreneurship from the perspective of institutional theory has become an important research branch of management science.The existing research shows that the institutional environment (formal institution) will affect the entrepreneur's entrepreneurial cognition scripts.We point out that social network and cultural value are kinds of informal institution,which will have normative and exemplary effect on entrepreneurs.On the basis of previous studies,we expound the influence mechanism of institutional theory on entrepreneurial cognition from two aspects of formal institution and informal institution,and construct a research model.Through the empirical research of 7 cities in Jiangsu Province,we find that informal institution,in particular,social network has a positive effect on entrepreneurial cognition (including venture arrangements scripts,willingness scripts and ability scripts).Informal institution in China is more important to entrepreneurs.This paper is not only a theoretical basis for the study of predecessors,but also can provide a reference for our country's entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurial cognition theory and social network.%基于已有研究,制度环境(正式制度)会影响创业者的创业认知脚本,而社会网络和文化价值观本身是一种非正式制度,会产生规范作用和模仿作用,进而对创业认知产生影响.从正式制度和非正式制度两个方面阐述制度理论对创业者创业认知的影响机制,构建研究模型.通过江苏省7个城市的实证研究发现,非正式制度特别是社会网络对创业者的创业认知的安排脚本、意愿脚本和能力脚本有正向作用.在我国,非正式制度对创业者的影响更重要.
