基于主成分分析的青岛市科技人力资源生态环境评价研究

摘要

基于PEST模型即政策环境、经济环境、社会环境和科技环境4个维度系统地构建多层次的科技人力资源生态环境评价指标体系;运用SPSS21.0软件根据主成分分析法得出各对比城市的综合得分和排名,从而对青岛市的科技人力资源生态环境进行评价;根据评价结果并结合青岛市的实际,提出优化青岛市科技人力资源生态环境的有针对性的对策.%Firstly,based on the PEST model,which is divided into four dimensions:policy environment,economic environment,social environment and scientific and technological environment,we construct the multilevel evaluation index system of the ecological environment in scientific and technological human resources.Secondly,we run SPSS21.0 software to get comprehensive score and ranking of each city,then evaluate the scientific and technological human resources ecological environment in Qingdao.Finally,combining evaluation results with actual situation in Qingdao,this paper puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions to optimize the ecological environment in scientific and technological human resources of Qingdao city.
