地铁工程施工阶段主客体匹配性评价

             

摘要

地铁施工具有场地有限、技术难度大、风险高等特点.从项目环境和施工技术两方面探寻地铁工程客体特征的构成,构建项目复杂性模型,划分项目复杂性等级;根据不同复杂程度的项目环境和施工技术对企业与个人能力的需求,分析主体能力的构成,建立主体能力模型,基于隶属度对个人能力水平确定等级,确定评价主客体匹配性的标准.将该标准应用于地铁工程案例,对主客体进行匹配性评价并提出相应措施,为提高企业的管理水平提供参考.%Based on the characteristics of construction stage in subway projects including limited construction site,high construction technology and high risk of construction,this thesis explored the characteristics composition of the object from two aspects of project environment and construction technology,and constructed the complexity model of the project by dividing the project complexity.Based on the construction enterprises and personal ability respectively required by project environment of different complex levels and construction technology,it analyzed the composition of the subject ability,then,constructed the model of the subject capacity.Based on the membership grade,the thesis evaluated the level of individual ability,and determined the evaluation criterion of the subject and object matching.It applied the criterion to the case and evaluated the matching of subject and object.Last,it put forward some corresponding measures,which will provide a reference for the improvement of enterprise management level.
