浅谈铝电解多功能起重机样机的机构设计在型式试验中的实际应用

摘要

The aluminum electrolysis multi-purpose crane(machine set) is an important equipment for aluminum enterprises and also a special equipment managed according to the state special equipment rules.The paper discusses the technical code criteria which should be observed during a prototype type test,expounds technical documents of prototype and inspection standards for validation test items of a type test which should be followed by each safety technical index,and dissertates about the drive design parameter of prototype,importance and necessity of calculation and selection of main material auxiliary parts and main important parts.%铝电解多功能起重机（机组）是制铝工业企业的重要装备,也是国家按照特种设备管理的特殊设备。本文论述了其样机型式试验应必须遵循的技术规范标准,叙述了样机的技术文件资料和各项安全技术性能指标应达到的型式试验复核测试项目的检验标准,论述了样机的机构设计参数、主要材料配套件和重要零部件的计算与选择的重要性和必要性。
