This paper analyzes the definition and advantages of electronic procurement, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of three types of electronic procurement mode. Then, put forward the electronic procurement choice strategy according to the characteristics and types of materials of enterprise, which has certain significance for enterprises to carry out electronic procurement.%该文介绍了电子采购的定义和优势，对三种电子采购模式的优劣势进行比较分析，结合企业自身的特点和采购物料的种类，提出了企业电子采购模式选择方案，对企业电子采购的实施有重要的借鉴作用。
