A Comparative Study on Passive Constructions in English-Chinese Translation

There ismuch difference between English and Chinese passive constructions,which givesgreat difficulty in translation.Thisarticle studies the difference in terms of frequency,genre and semantic prosody and gives some examples to illustrate the changes between passive and active voice in translating English to Chinese.
