新生代农民工职业选择与发展取向的影响因素分析——基于合肥市和深圳市的调研

摘要

基于合肥市和深圳市500名新生代农民工的抽样调查，专题分析其职业选择与发展取向问题，得出的主要结论是：①新生代农民工对于未来在城市还是在农村发展没有明确的倾向，但对于职业选择的倾向却非常明显，即：98％的受访者已放弃了务农的选择；②关系到新生代农民工切身利益的医疗保障、子女教育对于其职业选择与发展取向影响比较大，而城市户口的吸引力相对较小。文章最后给出了相应的对策建议。%Based on the Investigation of 500 young peasant-workers of Hefei city and Shenzhen city, this paper analyses the Job choice and devel- opment oientation of young peasant-workers and gives some conclusions: (1)Young peasant-workers have not certainly choosing work in the city or in the countryside, but 98% of them have gave up engaging in agriculture; (2)Hygiene and Children education have more influences on the job choice and development orientation of young peasant-workers. Lastly, this paper gives some policy suggestions.
