我国食品安全监管法律问题的思考

摘要

As the saying goes ＂Food is first for the person,Security is first for the food＂.Food safety related to human＇s survival and health.However,the food safety incidents frequent in recent years,especially exposed the legal problems about food safety supervision.So we should establish the food safety regulatory system which conform to our actual as soon as possible.%俗话说＂民以食为天,食以安为先＂,食品安全关系到人类生存和身体健康。然而,近年来我国食品安全事件频发,所暴露出来的食品安全监管法律机制问题尤为突出。因此,必须尽快建立符合我国实际的食品安全监管机制。
