“十三五”期间中外合作培养我国适应创新驱动科技人才研究

摘要

中外合作培养适应创新驱动的科技人才是实施创新驱动战略的重要途径。通过分析我国中外合作培养科技人才存在的问题及必要性，提出中外合作培养适应创新驱动的科技人才对策，指出中外合作培养人才应当改革人才培养机制，搭建交流平台，创新人才培养模式，加强中外合作办学，注重产学研合作，优化科技创新环境，从而促进适应创新驱动的科技人才的培养，为“十三五”时期，实施创新驱动战略，提供强有力的人才支撑。%Sino‐foreign cooperation in training science and technology talents to adapt to innovation‐driven is an important way to innovation driven strategy implementation.
