The application technologies for the determination of the geographical origin of food products was the effective method of assuring the food quality, authenticity and types. The applications of the various technologies were discussed, including mass spectrometry techniques, spectroscopic techniques, chromatography, sensor technology,gene technology,immunoassay,thermal technology and sensory analysis. The detection substances of the technologies were analyzed. At the same time, statistical analysis of the data in practice provided by the analytical instruments was needed to authenticate the geographical origin food and their counterfeit products.%食品原产地保护检测技术是保证产品质量、真实性和典型性的有效手段.综述了不同检测技术在食品原产地保护中的应用,包括质谱方法、光谱方法、色谱方法、传感器技术、基因技术、免疫技术、热力学技术以及感官评定等方法,分析了不同方法在食品原产地保护时的检测对象,指出在实际检测过程中应结合统计学方法进行不同原产地食品以及假冒伪劣产品的鉴别.
