为建立GM6001微乳中GM6001的含量测定方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shiseido C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三氟醋酸(25:75:0.02)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为220 nm.结果:GM6001在0.5~200 μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.平均回收率为98.74%,RSD为1.55%.该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于GM6001微乳的含量测定.%To establish an accurate method for the determination of GM6001 in the microemulsion formulation, the RP-HPLC assay was conducted on a Shiseido C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile: water; trifluoroacetic acid ( 25: 75: 0. 02 ) with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 and detection at 220 nm. It is result that linearity of ilomastat in concentration curve was in a range of 0. 5 ~ 200 μg·mL-1 (r = 1) . The average recovery was 98. 74% with a RSD of 1. 55%. It is conclused that method is simple, accurate, specific and suitable for the content determination of ilomastat in ilomastat microemulsion.
