基于激光轮廓检测仪的沥青路面路表离析评价

         

摘要

The segregation of asphalt pavement is one of the important reason for early disease,which will inevitably affect the performance and service life of asphalt pavement.The current road surface segregation evaluation techniques,such as visual method, spreading sand method and the method of laser cross section instrument, are relatively backward.The subjectivity of the test data is strong, and the representation is poor.This paper developed a road surface contour laser detector and based on the concepts that the sand volume of simulated sand laying method to study on asphalt pavement macro outline feature.A new contour feature evaluation indices, the contour depth (QLGS), are proposed.By using MATLAB software platform, the automatic processing of test data is realized and the degree of segregation is judged according to the classification of segregation quantitative bounds based on the new evaluating index.Test showed that the method has the advantages of simple operation and can objectively describe the asphalt pavement surface profile structure.The actual situation is consistent with the results of pavement segregation evaluation, which can provide reference for construction quality control of asphalt pavement.%沥青路面离析必然影响沥青路面性能和使用寿命,是早期病害的重要原因之一.当前目测法、铺砂法和激光断面仪法等路表离析评价技术相对落后,试验数据的主观性强、代表性差.研发了路表轮廓激光检测仪,利用模拟铺砂法铺砂体积的"面区域"测点布局理念,对沥青路面宏观轮廓特征进行研究.提出新的轮廓特征评价指标:轮廓构造深度(QLGS);并利用MATLAB软件平台,实现了试验数据的自动处理.根据基于新指标的离析分级定量界限对离析程度进行了评判.试验表明:该方法操作简单,能真实客观的描述沥青路面的表面轮廓构造,离析评价的结果与路面实际情况比较吻合,可为沥青路施工质量控制提供借鉴.
