基于热管和两级温差发电的船舶余热利用

         

摘要

为了对船舶余热进行利用以达到节能的目的,结合船舶烟气余热的特点,设计了一种加装在船舶柴油机排烟管上采用热管强化传热的两级温差发电装置.通过建立温差发电有限时间热力学模型,设计了实验系统并搭建实验平台.实验后分析实验数据并验证两级温差发电装置利用余热的可行性.结果表明,在两级温差发电实验装置热端温度为473 K时,其输出功率最大可达到250 W,热效率为5.37%,在相同工况条件下,相比于单级温差发电实验装置4.04%的热效率提高了32%,证明了利用该装置对船舶余热进行回收利用是可行的.%In order to use the vessel exhaust heat to achieve the purpose of energy saving, combined with the characteristics of vessel exhaust heat, a two-stage thermoelectric power generator prototype has been designed, it employs heat pipe to enhance heat transfer and is installed on vessel diesel engine exhaust pipe.Through the estab-lishment of the finite-time thermodynamics mode of TEG, the experimental system has been designed and experi-mental platform has been built.After the experiments,the experimental data was analyzed and the feasibility of the two-stage TEG was verified.Experimental results show the experiment system can generate a maximum power out-put of about 250 W when the hot side temperature of the experimental system 473 K,and the thermal efficiency rea-ches 5.37%,improved by 32%comparing to 4.04%of single-stage TEG in the same operating conditions,and it proves that it is feasible to recycle the marine exhaust heat by using the device.
