海上油田聚驱中后期井网加密剩余油分布

         

摘要

For realizing stable production in oil field,factors such as liquid-producing capacity,water injection rate,water injection time,water cut,well density and so on are needed. Restricted by factors such as the produc-tion space in offshore oil field,it should infill the well patterns to increase recoverable reserves when the adaptabili-ty of the existing well patterns becomes poor. The residual oil distribution in the indoor artificial plate model is stud-ied by physical simulation experiment,measuring the variation rule of oil saturation in physical model by using satu-ration monitoring technique,then the timing of the well patterns infilling and infilling effect from the saturation dis-tribution,recovery and other parameters are studied. By using anti-nine injection-production pattern of 1 injection and 3 production,primary and second infilling were implemented when water cut was 65% and 75%,70% and 75%,75% and 85% respectively after polymer flooding. The results show that the scheme, whose water cut was 65% for primary infilling and 75% for second infilling,is the largest one to improve the ultimate recovery. But the ultimate recovery didn't make much difference under different well pattern infilling timing. On the basis of physical simulation experiment data,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze and forecast. The results show that when the well pattern is not adjusted,the high permeability and the medium permeability zone are the main bands of the contribution of EOR. Low permeability zone still have a large amount of residual oil. High permeability zone and low permeability zone are the main bands of the contribution of EOR in polymer flooding when adjusting the well patterns. The timing of well pattern adjustment has little effect on the overall development effect and the ulti-mate recovery degree. However,the earlier the adjustment of well pattern,the higher the oil recovery rate and more crude oil can be produced in less time,which agrees well with the experimental results of physical simulation.%油田实现稳产需要考虑产液量、注水量、注水时机、含水率、井网密度等因素.海上油田受生产空间等因素限制,当现有井网适应性变差时,应进行井网加密调整来增加可采储量.在室内人造平板模型上,对剩余油分布进行了物理模拟实验研究.利用饱和度监测技术测量物理模型含油饱和度的变化规律,进而从饱和度分布、采收率等参数来研究井网加密时机以及加密效果.实验采用一注三采的反九点井网注采方式,对比了注聚后含水率在65%和75%、70%和80%、75%和85%时分别进行一次和二次加密,研究发现在含水率65%时进行一次加密,在含水率75%时进行二次加密的方案提高最终采收率的程度最大,但不同井网加密时机条件下的最终采收率差别不大.在物理模拟实验数据的基础上,用数值模拟方法进行了分析预测,结果表明当井网不调整时,高渗带及中渗带是提高采收率贡献的主力条带,低渗带仍然存在大量未动用剩余油.井网调整后高渗带和低渗带是聚驱阶段提高采收率贡献的主力条带.不同的井网调整时机对于整体开发效果及最终采出程度的影响不大;但是井网调整时机越早,采油速度越高,能够在更短的时间内采出更多的原油,这与物理模拟实验结果基本吻合.
